Cosy single-family house "La Grande Roche", renovated in 2024. 500 m from the centre of Porspoder, 28 km from the centre of Brest, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 550 m, bakery 500 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop "Breiz'h Go, Park Nevez" 600 m, sandy beach "Plage du Bourg" 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis, indoor tennis centre, walking paths from the house 400 m. Nearby attractions: La Récré des trois Curés 20 km, Parc animalier 12 km, Lannilis 29 km, Le Conquet 32 km, Pointe de St Mathieu 28 km, Saint Renan 18 km.

Exit to the garden. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill) with dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and electric heater. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
