Whether you’re here for a quiet getaway or a refreshing change of scenery, this thoughtfully designed RV offers everything you need to relax and recharge.

The space
Sleeping up to 4 guests, this retreat features a private king master suite with a Smart TV and a cozy queen pull-out bed in the open living area. The living space also includes a second Smart TV, two recliners, and plenty of comfortable seating, ideal for movie nights, mid day naps, or unwinding after a day of adventure.

The fully stocked kitchen features a residential size fridge, large pantry, and all the essentials for easy home cooked meals. The bar style dining seating offers a casual, relaxed place to eat, chat, and enjoy your favorite meals or morning coffee.

Outside, make the most of your stay with access to top notch amenities: fish or crab off the private dock, explore the calm canal by kayak, take a ride on one of the bikes, or let the kids burn energy on the oversized pirate ship playground. The palapa area, complete with a grill, picnic tables, and cornhole, offers the perfect place to gather and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Here is a few honest AND Important notes for our valuable guests:

✓Beach is right there . Just one street over. A 5-minute walk (or drive) brings you to soft sand and open shoreline. We’ve included a map in the photos to make it easy.

✓Pets welcome with approval
$60 per stay. Must be leashed.
Undeclared pets: $100 fee per pet.

✓Free ferry to Galveston . Explore Moody Gardens, the Historic District, and the Boardwalk. All just a scenic ferry ride away—no cost.

✓Park next to your RV easy in and out.

✓Safety First
For your safety, awning use is not permitted. Please supervise children near water or fire features.

✓Toilets work differently
Please don’t flush paper products. We provide a lidded bin with extra bags to help keep things fresh and clean.

Arriving at the property was a challenge. The property is not labeled where it’s easy to see at night as there is a lack of lighting and the numbers on the posts are small. Upon arriving at the camper wasn’t easy either. There were no lights on the camper so we could easily identify it. To walk up to the camper without lights and arms full of luggage and food was difficult. And parking for the camper was just awkward. The path to the stairs of the camper could pose a problem if you are a tall person, you would hit your head on the camper. The pet areas were not acceptable. There were grass burrs all over the property that stuck to my dogs fur everytime I took him out.The pictures online of the camper were deceiving. In person the leather couch is peeling which left scraps all over the floor. The couch with the 2 chairs, the fabric has been stripped and that’s why there are covers on the chairs. There were grass burr stickers in the rug at the front door and in the carpet of the bedroom which were not pleasant to step on. The pictures of the outside of the camper did not match. The picnic table was so wobbly that you could sit at it. There were no outside chairs or mat. There was an ant problem as well in the kitchen area. The only saving grace is communication with the host was absolutely amazing. We had got stuck on the beach and she helped direct me to a Facebook page that I could post to and someone would come help us free of charge.

No on site management, like was posted. Couldn't stay here because Couldn't get the lock box open. No REFUND... EVEN KEPT MY CLEANING DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH WE DIDNT STAY HERE.

We had a great time and it was everything we needed. Close to the beach, private area and quiet. It was our first stay in a camper and we adjusted just fine with having the full fridge, kitchen and living space with the pullout bed perfect for our little one but still had privacy for my husband and I in the main bedroom. It was a great getaway for our little family and we will for sure be back.

First RV Experience

Good location close to the beach. Our family had never stay d in an RV before. Took some getting used to but was fun. RV was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. If you want peace and quiet for the family this is great location.

Awesome camper!

This camper is the perfect size for a couple, a small family (sleeper sofa in the living room) or just a single person as I was. The main bed was fabulous and comfy, the kitchen is precious, it’s even got a pantry area and full size fridge. That was very convenient. The bar area was really great for me to do a little work on my laptop. A couple of ‘just be aware’ things…..on the day of checking in, I received an email with information but nothing to tell me how to get into the camper. I tried responding to the email and did not hear back so I finally ended up texting the number on the VRBO portal and yhen I got the code. It would be super helpful to kind of explain this to folks. Also, this week it has been raining relentlessly and that soggy swamp to get to my car ruined two pairs of shoes. Some gravel would have been awesome. The pond that is behind the campers has some kayaks but the dock is petrifying. Not sure how folks use that but, the sign to beware of alligators kept me from even fathoming to venture over there. Yikes. All in all - I was with family and friends and I had a great week. Anyone wanting an area that was safe and quiet and easily walking distance to the beach (across a somewhat busy street but, still feasible) should consider this place!!
