THE SPACE

MAIN HOUSE: The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and connection, featuring recliners, a unique sand-and-seashell dining table for eight, and a large kitchen island with four barstools. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need for family-style meals.

Main House Sleeping Arrangements: Master Suite: King bed + ensuite bath with standalone shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunks + TV

A second full bath and a stackable washer/dryer complete the main home amenities.


COTTAGE:

Connected via the deck, the cottage offers a private retreat with a living room, reclining sofas, kitchenette, full bathroom, and two bedrooms: one king, one queen.

GARAGE STUDIO - ground level:

A cozy studio-style suite with a queen bed, open shower and vanity, private toilet area, and mini fridge—perfect for extra privacy.


OUTDOOR LIVING - Casa Las Palmas takes outdoor fun seriously! Outdoor amenities include: Connected Deck: Semi-private spaces with high Adirondack chairs and Gulf views—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Ground-Level Patio: Two picnic tables, a bar with sink, stainless steel grill, swing, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.
