Welcome to your beachfront getaway in Crystal Beach. This place is exactly what you want in a beach house—nothing fancy or over-the-top, just clean, comfortable, and right on the water. No roads to cross, no long walks with beach gear. Just step out and you’re there.

The house has 3 legit bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, so no one's stuck with a tiny mattress. The third room has two twin-over-queen bunks, which works great if you’ve got kids, friends, or a mix of both. Everyone gets their space.

The main living area has big windows that give you a front-row view of the ocean. You’ll probably end up spending most of your time out on the deck, though—it’s the perfect spot for coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening, or just zoning out to the sound of waves. And yeah, the view really is as good as it looks in the pictures.

The kitchen’s fully stocked with everything you’d need if you want to cook—pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, all that. There’s also a washer and dryer in the house, which comes in clutch after a day at the beach.

One of the best parts about this house is the location. It’s in a quieter stretch of Crystal Beach, so you’re not packed in next to tons of other houses or dealing with loud crowds. If you’re into laid-back beach days, this spot hits the mark.

We’ve tried to think of all the little things that make a stay smoother—like easy self check-in, strong WiFi, and clear instructions. It’s not a luxury resort, and it’s not trying to be. It’s a solid beach house that’s clean, well-located, and easy to settle into.

Whether you’re coming for a weekend or a full week, this place works well for families, small groups, or even just a couple people who want some space to spread out.

* Max occupancy is 10 people. Additional guests must be approved before booking. Only registered guests are allowed—visitors need prior approval.
* **No parking under the house.** Park on the driveway only and be careful not to hit the pilings.
* Absolutely **no smoking**.
* No parties or events.
* No illegal activity on the property.
* Don’t leave food out—it attracts pests.
* Keep things reasonably clean during your stay to make check-out easier.
* Report any accidental damage as soon as possible so I can assess the situation and handle it accordingly.
* Keep noise down during nighttime hours.
* Don’t move any furniture inside or outside. That includes chairs, picnic tables, etc.
* Grill only downstairs on the patio—**never on the deck**. This is a county ordinance. Please **clean the grill after use**.
* Rinse off sand using the shower downstairs and leave sandy shoes on the deck near the front door.
* Don’t flush feminine products or anything that could damage the septic system.
* Don’t pour grease down the drains.
* If something breaks, let me know. I understand accidents happen, but if damage is due to careless behavior, the cost may be your responsibility.
* Lock all doors when you leave.
* No refunds will be given if guests are asked to leave due to rule violations or irresponsible behavior.
* In the event of a **mandatory hurricane evacuation**, a full refund or credit for unused nights will be provided.
* We’re not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen personal items during your stay.
* By booking, you accept responsibility for your own safety and that of any guests you invite.
* There are **no lifeguards** on Crystal Beach. Swim at your own risk.
* Please treat our home with respect, as if it were your own.
