The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please set thermostat at 78 in the warm season and 68 in the cool season.
Please be out no later than 10am there will be an addtional charge of $350 because the cleaner will now need to come back again.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BASIC HOUSE RULES: No smoking, open fires, grills on deck, or fireworks at the house - on beach RULES: only. Be fire aware.
Keep ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED. The salt air damages the inside of the home.
CHECK OUT IS 10AM SHARP - If you make the cleaners come back because you are late, it will cost you an additional $350.
