This beautifully decorated pet-friendly home with a $200 pet fee will "Anchor" your heart to the beach. You will find spacious accommodations for your guests in this open-concept living room/kitchen area. You and your guests will enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on the TVs located in the living room and all bedrooms. You will enter the WIFI information provided for your use. The kitchen will have all the amenities needed to make meals. You will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. Bedroom one and bedroom two each have a king and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Bedroom three has 2 twin/full bunks, and the fourth bedroom has 2 full-size beds. On the second level, you will find the primary bedroom with a King and an attached bathroom. From the primary bedroom, there's a private deck with a bird's-eye view of the Gulf. The deck on the main level sports breathtaking views as well. Enjoy lounging on the deck, sipping your favorite beverages while watching a glorious sunrise, or reveling in a mesmerizing sunset! Outside, you will find a great covered gathering space with picnic tables and a charcoal grill. You are steps from dipping your toes in the sand and sea. After a wonderful day in the sun, rinse everything but the memories in the sand shower. Blue Anchor's location is close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. You absolutely will want to "drop anchor" and stay awhile!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
