Sleeps 12. Linens furnished and beds are made. Excellent location. 2-minute walk to The Big Store. Located 1/2 block from restaurants and market on Bolivar. 5-minute walk to the beach. The bar area under the house is great for entertaining. After a day at the beach use the enclosed shower below the house to wash off sand. While you are enjoying the shaded area under the house your children or pets can play in the fenced in yard with playground set. Car access to the beach just down the street. This house has it all. 3 bedrooms-2 baths, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, fully equipped kitchen with both Keurig-style and drip-style coffee pots, and an entertaining area below the house with a charcoal grill. Big screen TV in the living area including ROKU. DO TO GERMS WE DO NOT THINK IT IS SAFE TO LEAVE SEASONINGS OR OIL, so please bring your own. Master Bedroom has King bed. Bedrooms 2&3 have Queen over Queen bunkbeds. Living room has 2 twin sized hide-a-beds. TVs have ROKU. Any rules that are not followed will constitute breach of agreement and you will be asked to leave with no refund. Access to complete house and property We have used our many years of experience of designing and building beach homes to design & build Ibis Isle to accommodate our customers wants & needs. We did this so you will have an enjoyable vacation. We have done our best to make your stay as memorable as we possibly can. If you need us, we are just a phone call away! Very close to all the shops and restaurants. You will need a personal vehicle to get around. You are allowed to drive your vehicles on the beach. Of course, you can always rent a golf cart and have fun while driving! If you park on the beach a parking permit is required (can be purchased for $10 at The Big Store). This was the first Customer Built house we built on the Peninsula after Hurricane Ike. When we heard the customers were selling, we bought it back from them. We did a few touch up things, added a fenced yard and playground, etc to bring it up to our Vacation Rental standard. Like our other houses, due to the height above ground we build, there is a little movement in the house.
