THE LIVING & DINING AREA
The heart of the home features a bright, welcoming open concept with coastal decor. The comfortable living room flows smoothly directly out onto the main upper deck. Gather the whole crew to fire up the Nintendo Switch for an epic family game session, or come together around the dining table and quartz breakfast bar. For extra flexibility, the living room includes a comfortable queen sofa bed. We also provide a high chair and playpen on-site, making this a wonderful, highly functional space for families with toddlers.

THE CHEF'S KITCHEN & COFFEE STATION
This kitchen is a true culinary asset. Fully equipped to effortlessly feed your group, you'll find premium stainless steel appliances and high-end extras like an air fryer, Instant Pot, and bread maker. Best of all, our dedicated coffee station features both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker, along with abundant pantry storage to keep your groceries perfectly organized.

THE OUTDOOR & DECK EXPERIENCE
Soak up the coastal breeze from multiple levels of outdoor living. Walk right out from the living room to relax on our upper deck lounge chairs for a perfect afternoon of sunbathing. Downstairs at ground level, step into your private entertainment zone featuring a custom Tiki Bar, a luxury hot tub under ambient string lights, and a fire pit made for evening s'mores. Unwind with outdoor games, fire up the grill, or rinse off the sand in the privacy of the enclosed outdoor shower.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12)
We have carefully designed our layout to offer maximum privacy and comfort for multi-family groups:
* The Captain’s Quarters (Master Suite): 1 Luxurious King Bed with a private en-suite bathroom. A quiet, premium retreat for the group planners.
* Mermaid Crossing (Bedroom 2): 1 Comfortable Queen Bed. Bright, peaceful, and perfectly positioned.
* The Crew’s Quarters (Arcade Bunk Room): 2 Heavy-Duty Bunk Beds (Sleeping up to 8 guests). This room doubles as the ultimate kids' hangout zone, complete with a retro arcade console and vibrant RGB lighting.
* The Living Room: 1 Queen Sofa Bed providing a comfortable additional sleeping setup. (Playpen available for use where needed).

LOCATION & BEACH ACCESS
Located in a highly desirable, family-friendly pocket of Crystal Beach, the home offers the perfect balance of peace and proximity.
* The Stroll to the Sand: It is a short walk down a quiet path to the water.
* A Safer, Quieter Neighborhood: Because our specific neighborhood does not have a vehicle cut-through or direct vehicle access ramp to the beach, our streets are free from heavy beach traffic—making the walk to the sand significantly safer, quieter, and more peaceful for kids and pets.

GUEST ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDED
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, decks, downstairs Tiki bar area, and hot tub.

* High-speed WiFi throughout the property for remote work, streaming, or gaming.
* Fully stocked laundry room with washer and dryer.
* Driveway parking for multiple vehicles.

At Sapphire by the Sea, the goal is simple: make it easy to relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable beach memories together.

We are a pet-friendly property and welcome up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs each) for a pet fee. Please notify us in advance if bringing pets, as pets and emotional support animals are subject to this fee. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt.

No daily housekeeping service is provided. Guests may use the in-home washer and dryer in the laundry room as needed during their stay.

Our home is built on stilts, like many others in the area, for hurricane and flood protection. Because of this, the living space is upstairs and access is by stairs only — there’s no elevator. You might notice a bit of movement in the house, especially during strong winds, which is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

For your safety and the security of the property, a motion-activated floodlight camera is installed at the front of the house facing the driveway. In addition, a Ring doorbell camera is installed next to the front door, facing outside.
