The staff at this hotel are amazing and they honestly doing the best they can. When we arrived after driving 1,200 miles all i wanted to do was shower and sleep. We were told the elevator doesnt work and we are on the third floor and have to take the stairs and there are no other rooms. Just went i thought i was going to rest, no ive got to walk up stairs. That sucked. Then im like i'll do it just to get to shower. Well, i showered and froze my butt off because the water doesnt even get really luke warm. That sucked. Then the breakfast really irritated me. Go to get a coffee but there wasnt any, then to get cereal but there was no milk, and the eggs were odd. It was a rough stay.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, but smelled like wet paint/mold, it was hard to tell. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too small for a king sized bed. The hot water was more like Luke warm water and really was our only real complaint.

Elevator down, but they did accommodate us to a bottom floor, only issue we had was mold smell in the rooms. We had to empty the dehumidifier numerous times. Also put out an air freshener and it helped with the smell. Other than that was a great stay. Front desk staff very nice and assisted us with any concerns.

The only reason I selected this hotel was because it was the only one that popped up for having an airport shuttle. AND we didn’t know the shuttle wasn't coming until 8:30 am for a 9:15 am pickup. I'm not happy about tjis.
