We stayed with our dog and it was great! The room and bathroom are large and clean. The staff and housekeepers are attentive and polite. Breakfast is good with lots of options.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Punta Gorda was absolutely peaceful, and the staff was so pleasant. We came from Miami for a weekend getaway and were not disappointed. Check-in was smooth, and we were even able to check in early. The room was exactly as pictured — very clean with tasteful aesthetics. For dinner, the front desk recommended TT's Tiki Bar, which was within walking distance. It was the perfect suggestion! Breakfast on our first morning was phenomenal, with plenty of delicious options. We spent the day at Gasparilla Island (about 45 minutes away), and when we returned, my daughter enjoyed the pool while I relaxed by the water — we had the pool completely to ourselves. On our last morning, Labor Day, breakfast was even better with an even wider variety to choose from. Although room service is scheduled every two days, we only asked for trash removal and fresh towels after 24 hours. To our surprise, the staff went above and beyond by refreshing our entire room. Parking was ample and right in front of the hotel. Every part of this stay exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again if we return to Punta Gorda or the surrounding area.
