pick up dog waste in backyard and in neighborhood use dog bowls for pups. found under sink don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms or on sofas
don’t rearrange the furniture load dishwasher and start upon departure the trash out before you leave. Garbage cans located on the side of the house
strip beds, place linens in laundry room, cleaning crew arrives at 12:30pm on the day of check out. Please take trash to the road on Wednesday night

Great House

The house was cleann spacious and nicely decorated. The house was comfortable for our party of 4 couples and 1 teen. We all had our own bedroom although the bed in the small room towards the back seems to be a full size bed instead of a queen. We did have a small issue with the garage door and were locked out of the house for about an hour, however Jamal was great and resolved the issue as fast as possible. This is a nice house with everything you need for a vacation away from home.

It was a pleasure to stay at this property, it is in a beautiful neighborhood and not far from stores, parks and beaches. The property is kept beautiful and the house is very spacious. The property manager is very helpful and answers your questions if you contact him and is pleasant. We had a fun filled experience staying at this property! 😊

Wonderful vacation

Family vacation with wonderful stay at this lovely home. Host was super responsive to any inquiries. Home was clean & welcoming. The master bathroom was laid out so multiple people could brush their teeth, put on makeup, etc to keep family moving towards getting out & exploring!! All TV’s had ROKU available so there was always something to watch if you wanted to just hang out & watch a movie. Living room was open & spacious & could easily seat 8 people in open area. My Mother fell in love with the washer & dryer set. They were easy to operate & very efficient. Home had concrete driveway in quiet neighborhood convenient to interstate & highway. Enjoyed our stay greatly!!

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable

Home is as advertised and was very comfortable. TV's and ceiling fans in every room. Great kitchen and covered lanai. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and 10 minutes from everything. Property manager is super attentive and responds in minutes. Overall a very pleasant stay.
