Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dishes and place in the holder. Set AC unit to 78 degrees, return key to lock box and scramble code. Strip all beds and place linen in garage near washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
