Fun House 6 bedroom waterfront home - pool & dock

Beautiful large spacious home on the open water (no red tide) with sailboat access. Private 45' dock with 30' available for mooring up to 40' boat. 10K lbs lift set up for 2 jet skis subject to approval. Designer infinity pool with attached hot tub. Open floor plan with full height glass sliding doors nearly full width of the house overlooking the water. Gourmet kitchen with top end appliances. Unique glass enclosed indoor/outdoor room that can be enclosed as part of the house or part of the outdoors or completely open.

The home is furnished with everything you need for family fun. Beach & bath towels, linens, shampoo, soaps, hair dryers, laundry supplies, kitchen condiments, spices, coffee, beach chairs & umbrellas and much more. You can pack light & come see what's there before you go shopping.

This easily accommodates your guest with plenty of space, bedrooms and full baths. Master suite contains double walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and walk in closet. 2nd story suite has seating area kitchenette, fridge, full bath, patio balcony and sleeping up to 5 people. 3rd bath includes a combination shower tub and steam bath.

Guest have access to the entire home except garage and 1 locked closet. There are several cabinets marked for owners use only containing some foods and clothing. Guests are free to use any and all items left in refrigerator/freezer and pantry, and we only ask to replace items you emptied.

2 kayaks with jackets & paddles. 1-tandem for 2 & 1-single. Great fun exploring the area.

Owners are available by phone 24-7. We also have a next door neighbor who is a contractor and knows the home well and will be available to assist with issues if something were to arise.

There are 4 security cameras in the public areas and outdoors. These can remain functional for your protection and are convenient in assisting you with operational issues. You can disable them during your stay using the wall switches marked "camera" and a cord switch on the ones at pool and indoor/outdoor room. There is also a home automation entry that will allow you access to the home using a your own private code during your scheduled stay. You will receive an email 1 to 2 weeks prior to check in containing lots of information and videos on how things work.
