Naturally, you have a pool close to your home where you can observe the Peace River at twilight and enjoy the sunset. Furthermore, you can begin taking scuba diving courses in this lovely and serene neighbourhood!

Outdoor living is also spectacular there is a beautiful swimming pool along with sun loungers and grill! There is also access to the water from the area where you can bring your boat!

Things to note: you can’t use the garage, but there is parking in front of the house for 3 cars.
