Peaceful lakefront escape in Port Charlotte for eight guests! 3‑bed cottage with screened lanai and fast Wi‑Fi. Ten minutes to Fishermen’s Village shops, dining & cruises; minutes to Charlotte Harbor and legendary Boca Grande tarpon grounds. Grill fresh local catch in the chef’s kitchen, toast s’mores at sunset, and fall asleep to shorebirds. Beaches, golf & trails nearby yet worlds away. Book your lakefront retreat & fish Florida’s best!

The space
Important information about this listing:
1. Parking on-site. LIMIT to 3 sedans per reservation.
2. The washer and dryer are at the house and free to use.
3. A propane gas grill is available for use.
4. The house is cleaned professionally before your check-in.
5. The exterior and interior of the house are treated for pest control monthly.
6. The HVAC system is serviced quarterly.
7. The County picks up trash on Monday and Thursday and recycled items on Thursday. Please bring the trash cans to the curb so they can be picked up on trash collection day.
8. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, bed linens, bath and hand towels, some starter toiletries per bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags.
9. We provide some pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, and some kitchen utensils and kitchenware.
10. We do not provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, or washer detergent.
11. We reserve the right to access the property without your consent in an emergency. For regular access requests, we will give you a 24-hour notice.
