Clean barbeque after use. If needed ,Pool Heater fee is $ 20 per night . Do not turn off the hot tub. Trash day on Wednesday Morning .
Do not dive or swim in the canal. No unauthorized/unregister visitors without prior approval from the host. Cover hot tub after use. 8 people maximum
Quiet hours between 8pm and 7am. The garage is only used for storage ,not cars allowed. No parties or events or disturbing neighbors.

Loved the property and the experience with it. Clean and comfortable with well-thought-out details mafe this such a nice home. Loved the fishing at the canal and the pool with hot tub. Very good host with easy check in. Will stay again!
