Important loft details: The loft is accessed through the main floor bathroom. The stairs are steep and narrow, typical of older Lake Erie cottages, and the ceiling is low and angled near the roofline. Guests with mobility limitations or young children should plan accordingly. The loft also has an open-concept half bath with no door. The two main floor queen bedrooms are fully accessible without using the loft.

Inside the Cottage

The open living area is a comfortable place to gather after a day on the water — with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, board games, and seating for the group. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before an early charter to a proper fish fry in the evening. Things to Know

This is an older cottage with character and a few quirks worth noting before you book. The loft access, steep stairs, and open-concept half bath are all described above. A starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. Like most Lake Erie properties, seasonal mayflies may appear briefly in late spring and early summer — they are harmless. A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around. Rideshare availability in the area is limited.
