Designed to comfortably sleep four, the condo features a spacious bedroom plus a convenient Murphy bed in the living room. Step outside to enjoy two private balconies—one covered for shade and all-weather lounging, and one open-air for soaking up the sun and lake breeze.

Newly available as a vacation rental, the condo has a fresh, modern feel with new flooring and fresh paint throughout. Guests enjoy access to Clinton Reef Club’s shared amenities, including a heated seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, and marina area. Shared amenities are managed by the association and may be subject to posted hours, seasonal schedules, weather, or occasional maintenance.

This was an A++ place to stay!! Very clean and adorable with AMAZING views and breeze off of Lake Erie! Exceeded our expectations and communication with owners was great. Also you can walk to town and pool and hot tub were awesome. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay . The view was exceptional. Very new, updated. We were comfortable as 2 people. It was very quiet yet very close to downtown activities and the jet Express was about a 10 min walk. The property and pool was very clean. Helpful hints : --It is on the 3rd floor. You do have to be able to take stairs. You go through the unmarked door and youll find it on the other side. --the pool is in back to the right. -- the trash is in front to the right (if your facing the lake)They really did try to think of everything.We ate the best Ahi Tuna at Bootleggers out on patio by the water. Checked out some little shops and a band was right downtown. It was the best thing we ate all weekend. I would stay here again. I was concerned about the stairs but they are broke up into multiple flights so it didn't feel that bad. It rained one evening and it was awesome to be on the top floor and watch it from one of the 2 covered patios. Check in was simply opening the door . Check out super easy as well.

Nice and well maintained with a beautiful view of lake. Only small tiny thing to keep in mind is no elevator, so just be prepared to carry everything up stairs (we got our cardio workout in lol). The host was lovely...We were greeted with a nice card, a bottle of wine and treats. Highly recommend.
