Located right on the coastline, next to the coastal path which goes from Llançà to El Port de la Selva. Quiet place, in a small residential area 100 metres from the beach and 4 kms from the shops in the nearby towns. Fantastic outside area, two terraces, lovely garden, barbecue area and sea views.
The apartment has a big lounge-dining room with table and chairs, cupboards, chaise longue sofa and TV. Direct access to the covered patio and the terrace outside. Small, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and tableware.
In the sleeping area, there are 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and the third one with two single beds. 1 full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Large outdoor area with two terraces, one of them with views of the sea and the coastal path. This is a spacious open terrace with outdoor furniture: table, chairs and sun loungers. The second terrace is under the porch of the house, covered. It also has sea views and outdoor furniture. At the entrance of the house is an area adapted for the barbecue where there is also a washing line.
