Family holiday

Facilities were faultless, couldn’t ask for anything else. Clean and exactly as described. Port de Barques is quite quiet so if that’s what you are looking for it’s perfect.

Holiday in France

Villa & pool were great, met at the villa by the owner who showed us everything. Easy walk into the village, weather was fabulous albeit a little hot. We have stayed in a number of places in France and this has been by far the best. We will be rebooking in the future. Thank you Maryline

2nd visit to Port De Barques

This is our second visit and we were not disappointed. Since our first visit there has been a new outside area with soft seating and an awning which was perfect for sitting in the shade. The villa is home from home and has all the amenities you would require for your holiday. We very much enjoyed our time there, cycling, swimming and visiting the Aquarium in La Rochelle as well as the Zoo near Royan. Rochefort is good for shopping and eating. Fouras has a good beach and restaurants. Thank you Maryline.

Tres belle maison bien située

Tres belle maison bien située, arrangée avec gout. Seul bémol, la propreté laisse a désirer, je pense que le ménage na pas été fait avant notre arrivée.les lits n'étaient pas fait . Il restait du linge dans le lave linge et du linge dans le seche linge .Nous avons tout de même passé une bonne semaine .

Maison magnifique

Vacances trés agréable dans cette superbe maison .Il ne manqe rien aussi bien pour faire la cuisine que pour le reste du quotidien.La décoration est trés charentaise et de bon gout.Seul hic, la surface de la pièce de vie et la piscine sont beaucoup plus petites qu'elle ne parait sur les photos .A part ça ,rien à dire je conseille fortement cette maison.

Verliebt in Charente-Maritime

Eine Reise mit Freunden (Ü60) ins Department Charente-Maritime. Bisher hatte es uns immer in die Bretagne gezogen, dies war unser erster Versuch an der Atlantikküste etwas Neues auszuprobieren. Im ersten Moment mußten wir uns an das Wattenmeer gewöhnen, aber am Ende waren wir völlig verliebt in dieses außergewöhnliche Fleckchen Frankreich! Was nicht zuletzt an dem fantastischen Haus gelegen hat. Sehr hohes Qualitätsniveau und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die elektrisch flexibel nutzbare Terrassenüberdachung und den nicht einsehbare Pool haben wir ausgiebig zum Relaxen genossen. Concierge Nathalie hat sich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert, besonderer Dank für die Aktivierung der deutschen TV Programme. So konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir würden jederzeit Wiederkommen! Wer noch unsicher ist, sollte es riskieren sich neu zu verlieben ins Department Charente-Maritime. 1000 Dank an den Vermieter dieses traumhafte Haus zu vermieten.

Super Urlaub!

Es war ein wunderbares sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Pool. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Ferienwo chen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig ohne Urlaubertrubel wunderbar zur Erholung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte super. Wir kommen gern wieder. Angelika

Une maison superbe

Sur la route du retour, de notre semaine de congé passée dans cette superbe maison. La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et accueillante. La piscine est top, très apprécié par notre fils. A proximité du centre de Port-des-barques et de l’océan, la maison est très bien située. Un seul bémol : la propreté. A notre arrivée, nous avons dû passer un certain temps à nettoyer le tour de la piscine et la terrasse pour ne pas salir l’eau de la piscine. Et le sol de la maison pas laver, notre bébé qui fait du 4 pattes avait les genou et pieds noirs rapidement en jouant.

Maison accueillante, agréable, pratique, bien décorée, belle cuisine bien aménagée (manque 1 couteau pain), rangement idéal avec le cellier et le garage, chambres correctes bien décorées, bonne literie, salle d'eau grande. Nous étions 6 personnes et un second wc aurait été mieux et le canapé peu confortable , voilà les 2 seuls points faibles.

Un excellent séjour pour 3 couples de (vieux) amis.

Accueil chaleureux et ponctuel avec visite détaillée des lieux et conseils d'utilisation. Location calme, très propre, confortable et bien décorée. Voisins sympathiques. Suggestions d'améliorations : frigo de la cuisine un peu poussif (10°C mini, trop élevé pour certains produits médicaux), lave-vaisselle peu performant, installer un W.C. supplémentaire. Merci à Maryline pour ce beau séjour.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern, schick und komfortabel ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus kann man auf die Bucht sehen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub genossen.

Beautiful house, fully equipped and amazing pool.

Maryline met my Husband and I on arrival and showed us around the house explaining all the different controls.The house is even better than the pictures. Beautiful decor and furnished to a very high standard.It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more.It far exceeded our expectations and I would gladly recommend it to anyone. Maryline gave us her phone number and was available if we had any questions or queries ,we couldn't have asked for more.Thank you Maryline you made our stay exceptional.

Quel bonheur d'y passer ses vacances!

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec nos enfants de 2 et 3 ans. La maison de Marilyne est tout simplement parfaite! La maison est très sécurisée, d'une propreté irréprochable et les espaces sont très bien répartis. Le must: un confort que je n'ai encore jamais vu dans d'autres locations. Il y a toutce qu'il faut pour petits et grands. La maison est décorée avec un goût très sûr et est très cosy. Marilyn nous a vite mis à l'aise et à été disponible pendant notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions. Un grand merci pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse

Maison et propriétaire très accueillants.

Nous avons passé 10 jours idylliques dans cette maison à la décoration très soignée. Tous les équipements sont impeccables et il ne manque rien. La propreté est irréprochable et les lits sont très confortables. On se sent rapidement comme chez soi et on peut profiter pleinement des vacances. Nous avons apprécié la bonne bouteille à notre intention dans le réfrigérateur. Les photos sur l'annonce sont fidèles à ce que nous avons trouvé. Une location comme on aimerait en trouver plus souvent.
