The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to an open plan dining and living area. The floor to ceiling glass sliding doors invite you out, onto a stand stone entertaining verandah with sun lounges and additional dining area for added enjoyment and relaxation. Here you can embrace the warmer weather and tropical surrounds.
The generous master bedroom upstairs has its own ensuite and private balcony, where balmy evenings can be enjoyed, whilst the additional two bedrooms on the lower-level offer flexibility in bedding configuration and share the central bathroom facilities. Vehicle entry is accessible via secure gates and a private car port available for your convenience.
