Villa 162 is on the north side of the iconic Mirage Resort. One in a block of just two, it has been fully renovated and backs onto the 5th Fairway. Accentuated by lush surrounds, it conveys a real tropical feel. The iconic Four Mile Beach is a short stroll from the villa, the town’s center is just a few minutes’ drive or a leisurely 20-minute walk. With an array of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice with dining options.

Fully renovated, modern and stylish in design, Villa 162 has been tastefully decorated throughout. The master is upstairs and offers a private balcony with ensuite, whilst the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are generous in size, with built-in robes and share the main bathroom facilities.

It’s comfortable and capacious, with high vaulted ceilings and open plan living. The kitchen is well equipped with European appliances. The dining room leads into the lounge, accessed via a few steps down. Walls of windows invite the natural light and glass sliding doors extend the living area out to the alfresco entertaining space, perfect for evening drinks and soaking up the balmy atmosphere.
