Villa 446 is within Avenue of Palms, on the resort’s southern side. The entrance pathway providing access from the private carport, is fringed with lush, tropical plants and the gardens are maintained to a high standard. Accessing the iconic Four Mile Beach is a short stroll across the 4th Fairway. The private villa swimming pool is shared by only a limited number of villas and is just meters from the front door.

This split level condominium has so much to offer. With two generous sized bedrooms, the master is located upstairs and has its own ensuite and private balcony. The second bedroom downstairs offers flexible bedding options, built-in robes, and a small private courtyard area. Both bathrooms are spacious, with walk-in showers, toilets, and vanity areas. The main bathroom houses a built-in laundry for added convenience.
