The Space
Halcyon features three spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and tranquility:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ample storage, including a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a chest of drawers and seating area.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, and a single bed.
The home’s two modern bathrooms are impeccably styled. The main bathroom includes a spacious shower, vanity, and toilet, while the second bathroom offers an equally luxurious shower, vanity, and toilet.
The inviting kitchen/dining area is a highlight, featuring beautiful leadlight windows and a breakfast nook that overlooks the garden. Equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast.
Relax in the cozy sitting room with a smart TV, or enjoy the sea breeze on the wide verandah that overlooks the rose garden and Horseshoe Bay. The fully fenced garden includes both front and back verandahs, a lawn for your dog to play, and a private driveway with parking for two cars.
Additional features include a laundry with a washing machine, an outdoor room with a portable BBQ, extra outdoor furniture, beach equipment, and a second fridge. Wi-Fi is included, and there are stand-alone fans and heaters throughout for year-round comfort. main kitchen living area has a reverse cycle A/C and the front sitting room offers a fully functioning indoor fire place. Please bring your own fire wood.
Pet-Friendly
Small dogs are welcome. The secure garden provides plenty of space for them to enjoy. There is a $75 pet fee payable for the privilege of bringing your fur baby on holiday with you. Sorry NO cats.
Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. Fines will apply for non compliance.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
