Little Oceana Esplanade is a two-storey coastal escape designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection to the sea. Upstairs, the open-plan living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and a serene view of the waves. The adjoining dining space and well-equipped kitchen make mealtimes easy, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee machine for slow mornings. The living area is kept comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning, and natural light pours in from every angle.

Glass doors open to a front balcony, shared with the neighbouring unit, where you can sip your morning tea or relax at sunset with coastal vistas stretching from Boomer to Chiton Beach. A second balcony at the rear of the property offers a quiet spot to enjoy the sea breeze.

The downstairs level features two welcoming bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two single beds—ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and a bathtub for a relaxing soak, plus a washing machine for longer stays.

The apartment shares a driveway and balcony with the adjoining property, which may be occupied during your visit. You’ll find convenient off-street parking at the rear for two vehicles. Please note: the garages are not available for use.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Beautiful view but that’s about it. There was a terrible smell coming from the irrigation system which prevented opening the bedroom windows or using the BBQ on the back deck. Glasses and cutlery were not clean and there seemed to be a mould issue. No dishwasher and the couch was awful to sit on. Overall cleanliness was poor. We paid a high premium and were really let down.
