The Cocoonr agency is offering for rent this beautiful detached gîte with its marine-style interior decoration, located in the heart of Port-en-Bessin-Huppain, with a surface area of 120 m² and a garden that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a 40 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with lounge, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190), single bed and cot
- Bedroom 3: double bed (160x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: attic with three single beds

Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The gîte offers a breathtaking, commanding view of the sea and its outer harbour, with its cliffside footpath starting from the garden. The sea and shops are just 50 m away. You'll be close to all the essential amenities, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and the local market.
