The house Camille is an authentic fisherman's house located in the center of the village of Port-en-Bessin, close to the sea, the fishing port and small shops. We have restored this small house full of charm with love and respect for materials while taking care to preserve its original assets.
Inviting to daydream and rest, it combines lime plaster, raw oak, natural fiber floors and some souvenirs from our travels.

Maison cosy à 2 pas du port

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Port-en-Bessin dans cette charmante petite maison de pêcheur. Une petite maison cosy, très bien aménagée et très bien décorée. L'hébergement idéal pour se reposer. Les propriétaires (Nicolas et Marie) sont très sympathiques. Merci à eux pour leur accueil.

Décoration sympa qui permet d'évoluer dans une maison qui vit. Séjour parfait pour nous 3 (en aimant les escaliers "un peu raides", ce qui en fait tout le charme).

Great time in a lovely town

Great place to explore the Normandy from. Lovely house with a lot of focus on details. One get quickly used to move up and down the small stairs. Has been a bit of a challenge to always get a parking spot at the public parking lot. The town is popular, and it felt like every second day there was an event ongoing which also made it challenging to find a restaurant for dinner.

Ein wundervolles, kleines Haus

Wir waren zwei Wochen im mit viel Herzblut renovierten "Maison Camille", um von hier aus die Normandie zu erkunden. Das Haus ist klein aber fein, es ist alles da. Achtung: die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Mokka-Kanne, die man auf den Herd stellt. Sehr praktisch ist der Wasch-Trockner, besonders wenn man mit Kindern reist. Allerdings gibt es sonst keine Trockenmöglichkeit für z. B. Strandlaken oder Wäsche, die nicht trocknergeeignet ist - hier muss man kreativ sein ;-) Große Leute müssen auch immer mal wieder den Kopf einziehen, da dieses kleine Fischerhaus eben sehr knapp bemessen ist. Die Betten sind aber normal groß und besonders das Doppelbett ist SEHR bequem. Die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet! Und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundlich! Die Vermieterin antwortete immer sofort und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir empfehlen "Maison Camille" gern weiter!

Schöne Wohnung mit guter liebevoller Ausstattung!

Bedingt durch Corona mußten wir den Urlaub um 2 Jahre verschieben. Jetzt endlich durften wir reisen. Wir waren 4 Wochen da und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, sodaß der Hafen und auch das Meer in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie antworten schnell und reagieren zuverläßig. Für uns war Port-en-Bessin-Huppain einfach perfekt!

prachtig !

onze vakantie beviel ons heel erg ! alle facaliteiten waren op wandel afstand ( winkel, restaurant, bakker ) Er waren veel bezienswaardigheden in de streek. Het huisje was kraaknet ! dikke pluim ! de verhuurders hielden nauw contact met ons via sms. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar ! Dank u voor de leuke vakantie ! Dit is zeker een aanrader !
