The pictures show a hot tub at the pool. But there isnt a hot tub any more. Our bed had dog hair on it and the floor was sticky

The staff were very nice and helpful. I was thrown through a loop that there was no elevator. Online said there was a hot tub, so the kids were disappointed there wasn't (but they did enjoy the heated pool. The room with the pool is strangely cold though). The breakfast was pretty good, though the breakfast area was pretty small. Room itself was pretty small, but overall clean (did find a weird hand smear on one of the lights though). Not a horrible place to stay, not much around it though. Definitely need to plan driving about 10 minutes to get to anything (which isn't horrible).

There was a room full of kids next door. It was a conjoined room. They were yelllinb and playing with toys and banging on the walls at 6:30am and woke us up and we couldn’t go back to sleep. Front desk was nice enough to let us nap until noon

There was a hockey tournament going on locally and there were people staying at the hotel from that. They were up partying both Friday and Saturday night. Multiple calls to front desk went unanswered. Sounded like kids running up and down stairs and halls, Music playing, loud conversations until 3:00am.

Christmas Getaway

Just a quick getaway for some shopping. Didn’t need anything fancy and the price was right. Nice room, comfy beds, great breakfast. Would have appreciated a bigger TV and better cable but it was fine for what I watched. Nice pool as well but we did t have time to use it. A little outside of town but close enough to everything.

No elevator

Everything about the stay was good about the facility with the exception of no elevator and we were on the second floor. My husband and I both have medical issues that made it difficult for us to haul all our luggage up to the second floor. The front desk staff and the cleanliness of the facility was very good. I would stay again but definitely get a first floor room!
