The room was dirty, the towels had miscellaneous stains on them, including an old blood stain that never came out of the towels. The tub was extremely chipped and dirty, including finding hair in the tub from previous person in the room. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear someone drop their coins on the counter on the other side of the wall, if you want privacy, you’re not getting it here. Also, the clientele leans more towards people that have drug issues. I did not feel comfortable at all. They offered to switch rooms, but since I had already cleaned the entire room, I was in already myself. There was no point in moving. However, the staff on site were very pleasant and understanding when I brought the concerns to their attention. I would say that was probably the best part of my stay with them.

It was convenient to where we needed to go. The staff was helpful and courteous. The accommodations weren't the best and some of the other visitors in other rooms were disruptive, but the stay served its purpose.

It should be labeled a motel, not a hotel, when you enter your room from the outside, it’s a motel A very old building, they are updating the rooms carpets are removed but the floors are very cold rooms are painted over old walls and doors so the damaged walls are covered over, no door mats to wipe off the boots let alone placing them on a shoe tray, staff are kind and trying to accommodate your wishes

We checked in expecting an 'Executive Suite" as advertised and looking like the picture in your ad. It was a bare room with very poor furnishings and unclean. We then moved to a separate suite that wasn't much better and woke up to find an inch long bug on the bed. We left early and expected a refund for the second night which didn't happen.

The room was a great set up with two queens on one end and a queen on the other side. Worked great for me traveling with my three daughters. Each side had there own tv and heat/air controls.

I’ve stayed here once before and it wasn’t the best but this stay was the last straw. The rooms are very run down, outdated, and dirty. Barely any stay essentials (Soap, toilet paper, towels, etc). The heater couldn’t even keep up with the size of the suite so it was cold all night. Area was sketchy. Did not feel comfortable or safe.
