DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF OUR BAYFRONT OASIS:
This is a fully furnished, 2 story, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home right on the Bay. It is in the charming Las Joyas gated community. 7 can sleep comfortably . This is a quiet gated community. If you are looking to enjoy the beach year round (including spring break), but you want to be away from all the Spring Break Noise and activities, this is the home for you. Sunrises and sunsents are amazing.

The well-appointed open concept home features a full-size kitchen with appliances (Refrigerator, Range, Microwave & dishwasher), and all necessary kitchen essentials. Granite countertops throughout. The downstairs also features a half bath, spacious living room, which includes a 55" 4K Smart LED Tv, internet/wifi and internet "cable" tv. The rear patio and backyard overlook the Bay, two Adirondack chairs are provided for your relaxation. Perfect for catching the summer fireworks displays from your backyard. The back yard is fully fenced and beautiful updated landscaping and landscape lighting . A built in propane BBQ grill is provided in the back yard for your use.

Upstairs, a spacious master suite welcomes you with stunning views of the Bay, comfy King sized bed, 40" 4K Smart LED Tv; on-suite bath with standup shower! Have I mentioned the VIEWS? The nighttime skyline views of South Padre Island are breathtaking.

Guest bedroom #2 features a full-size bed, plus a twin trundle with memory foam beds. Guest Bedroom #3 features two twin sized beds. Home can comfortably accommodate 7. Guest rooms #2 and #3 share a full bath in the upstairs hall.

There is a stackable washer and dryer provided for your convenience on the second floor at the top of the stairs.

The Las Joyas community offers wonderful family-friendly amenities available for your use while you stay with us. These include sparkling community pool steps from the front door, hot tub, and well equipped lounging area. Basketball hoop, children's playscape, and picnic benches overlooking the bay are also available for your enjoyment. ( swimming pool is NOT heated ) ( Hot Tub heated 24/7 year round ) .

You can enjoy the community Palapa that stretches into the bay for bird or dolphin watching or launching your own kayak, canoe, or paddle-board or night time stargazing! The bay is a popular spot for fishing. One parking spaces are provided in the driveway of the home - one additional parking space may be use at the over flow parking area since the second space in front of the home is small- No boat or trailer parking allowed at the house or community. (Please note garage use is retained by the property owners.)

The Las Joyas Community is just 4 miles from South Padre Island and the entertainment district! Walk to HEB Grocery store.

Please, note this property and community does NOT allow "spring breakers," "parties" or "partying". There is no smoking at this home - not even outside. You have to go to the common areas, should you require smoking. Furthermore, "Quiet time" begins at 10 pm every night- weekends included.

We love our home very much and love sharing it with you, our guests, and want to ensure the wholesome, tranquil, community and its full-time residents are respected at all times.

A note about our cleaning practices: Our home is cleaned between each guest with an electrostatic sprayer for a truly sanitary clean. All linens are sanitized and changed for each guest, down to the mattress pads; mattresses are also sanitized.
