Spend your days kayaking, fishing, swimming, or simply unwinding outdoors with beautiful lake views. Cruise on our pedal boat or bring your own non-motorized equipment.
Parking is available at street level with spots next to the garage (please do not use the garage).
Door code: unique code assigned and sent via private message.
Front door- To open the door, just enter the number in the electronic pad, the lock will automatically open. Please wait a moment until the lock is completely moved.
To close the door: leaving the house- there is no lock for the lower handle. Please just use the electronic pad. From the outside just close the door and press the lock button on the keypad. (To lock from the inside, just turn the lock).
Garbage and Recycling pick-up: Thursdays.
Garbage cans are located outside next to the garage at the top of the stairs by the road (the black bin is for regular garbage and green covered bin is for recyclables). The cleaning company will take care of putting the garbage out as long as you are leaving the garbage in the waste cans in the house. If you need to dispose of excess garbage during your stay, feel free to put the bags in the black bin but do not put recyclables in bags, just put them directly into the green bin. Please do not put garbage bags out on the curb without the bins.
-Lake equipment: we have several water and floating devices available for your use during your stay. Smaller items are located in the shed in the bottom concrete patio at the back by the lake. This is where you will find life vests which are required when going out on the lake. In the back yard, you will also find lounge chairs, kayaks and a pedal boat. *We ask guests to please bring everything back to the house and in their proper location.
Use of the kayaks, pedal boats, the dock and the lake is at your own risk and we asks that guest sign our waiver before using.
Main floor:
- Entry room - coat hangers, shelves for shoes and closet for some equipment and materials.
- Washer and Dryer - one unit located in kitchen which takes small loads and washes and dries in one cycle.
- Bathroom - located in upper level at the end of the hallway, next to a supply closet. Toiletries available here and under the sink as well.
-Family/Reading Room - Games, crafts and books in shelf along with a sitting couch and table with chairs for working.
-Living room/dining area - Smart TV/ Large sofa, recliner, kids toys and dining table, high chair and serving cart.
* We ask that guests do not operate the fireplace or the Roomba vacuum robot.
-Kitchen - Fully Equipped kitchen:

Dishwasher - (Dishwasher soap and other detergents are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
* When leaving, please load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and leave it running.
Toaster Oven - turns on by pressing the button and is very quiet. If the red light is on, it is working.
Coffee maker available for use.
Deck/Patio / BackYard - at the very end of the house. Chairs outside can be moved as needed but please try to put them back in their standard location when done.
Upper level:
- Full bathroom - (Essential toiletries provided) Extra towels in wood cabinet.
- Bunk Bedroom - sleeps 2 on bunk and 1 on futon. Please do not move the large mirror in the bedroom.
- Main bedroom - sleeps 2 and has a closet and Smart TV above dresser.
House Rules: *Please do not engage, feed or let neighbors’ cats into house.
*No smoking and no use of drugs
*No shoes inside the house
*Quiet hours from 10:00pm

Outdoor activities:
Enjoy the lake but please use caution at all times. Use of life vests which are provided, are required. Any use of the kayaks, pedal boat or any other floating devices (please sign waiver before using), including what you may bring is also at your own risk.
Hiking trails at Huckleberry Ridge State Forest is located on the other side of the lake and is walkable. There are many other trails in the area within driving distance including parks in PA with water falls and the Delaware River for canoeing and rafting. Located just 20 minutes from the northern part of the poconos (Milford, PA).
The cities of Port Jervis and Matamoras, PA are only 10 minutes away, offering restaurants, shops and major stores. Nearby is the Lynx at River Bend Golf Club. The Delaware Water Gap and High Point State Park in NJ is just 11 minutes away and Mountain Creek is 30 minutes away for skiing.
LegoLand in Goshen, NY is 25 minutes away by car and close to nearby Middletown which has restaurants, stores and the Galleria at Crystal Run mall.
