PORT-LOUIS - REF 491 - (Virtual tour available on request) - Capacity for 8 to 10 people - Located just 150 meters from the magnificent coves and in the heart of the town, this superb house from the 1930s has been renovated and enlarged with success. On the ground floor, a large bright living room with fireplace opens onto a corner terrace overlooking an open garden, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The first half-level has two bedrooms (with 90 x 2 and 140 beds) and a bathroom with laundry room and WC. On the second 1/2 landing, a mezzanine overlooking the living room offers additional sleeping space (BZ 140, without shutter). Finally, the second floor includes two bedrooms with 140 beds and a bathroom with WC. The house has a private enclosed garden with a sheltered area and wifi. Parking possible in front of the house.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
**Optional hotel services, bed set 90 = €14, bed set 140 or 160 = €18, bath towel = €5, bed made on arrival €5 per bed, kit of 2 tea towels €4, travel cot baby €10, WIFI when accommodation is not equipped €39/week. Provide extra tourist tax according to current Cap Lorient Agglo rate.

Ved modtagelsen fik vi bare nøglen udleveret. Vi fik ingen information om fx. affaldssortering eller de øvrige forhold i huset.Der var informationsmapper i huset, men de indeholdt blot producenternes brugsanvisninger for de forskellige apparater i huset.Når der havde været 4 personer i bad, var alt det varme vand brugt, og der kom ikke varmt vand igen før dagen efter. Udlejer ordnede det den ene dag, men der var samme problem dagen efter.Da vi havde været i huset i 3 dage blev vi informeret via SMS om at vi skulle lukke en maler ind dagen efter, fordi naboens gavl, som er i udlejers have skulle males. Vi ville få en kompensation på 100 euro. Det viste sig at maleren skulle sætte et stillads op, højtryksrense naboens gavl og herefter male gavlen. Det tog i alt 3 dage, hvor vi reelt ikke rigtig kunne bruge haven. Den ene dag kunne vi ikke have døre åbne eller være i haven pga. larm, udstødningsos og støv fra højtryksspulingen. De 2 andre dage måtte vi dele den lidt lille have med malerne.
