The living room faces north/west with access to the shared garden and is equipped with a 140cm sofa bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. The washing machine (chargeable) and the garden are shared. The building is equipped with Wi-Fi. All amenities are within walking distance.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the designated containers in the city. If linen is included, it must be removed upright and folded at the foot of the bed.
