Beautiful 3-bedroom duplex apartment with a sunny terrace featuring a jacuzzi (May to September) and panoramic views of the Gâvres lagoon, located in the prestigious 2015 residence "LES ALIZÉS". "Relaxation and tranquility guaranteed." It offers an entrance hall with a closet, an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen/laundry room with access to the sea-view terrace, two bedrooms (queen-size beds) with closets, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The upper floor is a mezzanine with sea views and a shower room (double bed + double sofa bed). Parking is free within the residence. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi and a private garage.

All amenities are within walking distance. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from Lorient and a 5-minute ferry ride away.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town.
