You'll appreciate its proximity to downtown Port-Louis, its small beaches in the immediate vicinity and its breathtaking sea views.
On the 1st floor of a sea-view residence, 45m² apartment, 2 steps from Locmalo harbor (view of the sea and Locmalo harbor from the main windows).
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and induction hob.
In the living room, you'll find a sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV.
There's also a bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity unit.
Outside, you'll find a balcony overlooking the water with a breathtaking sea view, a dining table and 2 seats.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, upstairs you'll find a sea-view bedroom with a double 160cm bed, dressing room and desk.
The apartment is absolutely non-smoking.
Bike room available. Pets not allowed.
Wi-Fi not included.
The côte rouge beach is 200 m away at high tide and 50 m away at low tide. Here you can swim, sail and fish on foot.
A 15-minute walk will take you to the Citadelle and its museums via the chemin des douaniers (restaurants on the beach). The main shops (bakery, cheesemonger, butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger, pharmacy, etc.) and restaurants can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes, in the “grand'rue” (market on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings in July and August).
It's also possible to reach Gâvres or Lorient by boat (particularly interesting during the Interceltic Festival). Bikes can also be taken on board.
Absolute peace and quiet, a change of scenery guaranteed, an unspoilt site!
