Architectural stunner and beautifully designed modern home surrounded by tropical landscaping. A secluded hilltop setting near Lighthouse Beach offers ocean views from almost every room. Sea Acres Reserve and Miners Beach are just across the road (300m walk). Lighthouse Beach is a 2-minute drive, Shelly Beach 5 minutes, and Port Macquarie town 10 minutes. Restaurants at Lighthouse Beach are a 5-minute drive away.

“Kilala” – Our Resident Koala

The lush tropical bush surrounding the house is home to our resident koala, “Kilala” — the name our 3-year-old gave it. Hopefully, Kilala will show its face while you’re there! A separate 10x10 rainforest jungle patch sits in the corner of the property — great for kids to roam and explore the bush safely within the property boundaries.

4 bedrooms plus 2 open areas with futons. The master bedroom has an ensuite. All 4 bedrooms have balconies with ocean views.

Double garage available for guests, plus ample parking at the top of the driveway for about 3 cars — total space for 5 cars and/or a boat.

LUXURY – AN AMAZING HOME

This home is breathtaking both inside and out. Modern kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, large shared TV lounge, and a separate adults’ living area. Bench seating throughout the house to enjoy the garden and ocean views. Free Wi-Fi included.

LARGE OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA

The kitchen opens to a spacious alfresco covered BBQ area set in relaxed tropical surroundings. Plenty of room for adults and kids to play on the well-kept green lawn.

Reunion

I celebrated a birthday milestone and had my party at the local club, then spent the weekend with my family and long term friends, the house is beautiful designed, very large and spacious, gorgeous ocean views, board games and activities for kids and we all had an incredible time, which l'll always cherish!
