A laundry area is also available for guest use and includes a washing machine, along with an additional shower and toilet, providing extra convenience for longer stays.
Ideally located just 350 metres from Lighthouse Beach Shopping Village and only a two-minute drive to the beach, everything you need is close by. Guests can enjoy FREE Wi-Fi throughout the property and the convenience of multiple living areas.
Please note the downstairs of the home is seperate and not accessible as well as the garage which is not available for guest use; however, two off-street car spaces are provided.
