Bathrooms weren’t cleaned at all during my stay. No staff around. At one point there was a fire alarm and evacuation, guests evacuated outside, sat around for a while, no one came so we just went back in. Whilst we were evacuated the restaurant and bar ignored it. Very loud during the nights and bedrooms extremely shabby

The Location on the Water was amazing! The staff were SUPER Friendly. The place needs a coat of paint however Convenience was a stand out & the Veiw was Incredible

Pretty dirty, definitely needs maintenance and repairs for walls/ everything. Looks of the room was lacking a lot and extremely antique, definitely better options for the same price out there. Pictures super misleading.

Normal basic pub room, nice staff, unfortunately noisy through no fault of the pub, just the inconsiderate attitude of people today that think it’s ok to come in at all hours of the night talking loudly and yelling, slamming doors.

Sadly, this hotel doesn't provide clean fresh accommodation. The bathroom boasted a mouldy sink with no plug, mouldy shower and smelly drains. The bedroom and attached sitting area had dirty old carpet, peeling, flaking paint and we paid through the nose for the privilege of all this decrepit dirty decor. The only good point was the bed, which was comfortable. However, upon waking, we discovered that the doona - concealed by a sheet was stained and dirty. Try not to stay here.
