Our quiet and convenient 3rd floor, two storey loft style apartment is just across the road from Port Macquarie's famous Flynn's Beach. The ocean views from the full view picturesque windows in the lounge room and front bedroom will take your breath away. The views from the front balcony are absolutely superb. From June to November, you can watch the passing whales, as well as the sunrise and moonrise over the ocean. Shops, restaurants, post office/bottle shop, chemist, medical centre and bus stop all are within 150 metres as well as the popular Flynn's Beach surf club cafe just down on the beach.

The apartment includes a 58inch LED SMART Television, CD/DVD Player, Dishwasher, Electric BBQ, Ceiling fan in main bedroom, Oscillating fan in second bedroom, garage (lock up, single), auto washing machine and auto dryer, microwave oven, front open balcony and rear dining balcony (covered), shower/bath, direct ocean views from the whole open plan living/dining/kitchen level, main bedroom and front balcony, well equipped kitchen.
