Extra Information: Air Conditioning:

The apartment has 3 windows AC units. They are located in each bedroom as well as the main living space. The units are set to Auto at 72 degrees that way the apartment is kept cool and comfortable from the moment you check in.

Camera Disclosure:

There are two exterior ring cameras located on the property. One is on the front exterior door facing the main road. The second camera is located on the rear exterior door facing the parking area. These are on at all times, and are strictly for security purposes. There are only these two exterior cameras on the property, there are no other cameras.

Parking:

There are two designated parking spot labeled “parking for guests.” We kindly ask that you park in one of these spot, as the unmarked areas are where our other tenants park.

Grill:

There is a propane grill available for your use. It is located next to the rear porch. There are grilling utensils located inside the apartment in the drawer next to the kitchen sink. We kindly ask that when you are finished using the grill to please clean it and ensure that the propane is turned off. We ask this to prevent a fire or any other issues.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
