It's a home away from home. Lovely place. Only issues for improvement: 1. Need a sign on the identification of the Apartment's name. I had difficulty locating the property. 2. Children playing at night 11pm to 12 mid-night disturbing the guest. There should be rules on noice control. 3. Kicking rugby balls within the car park area can damage car's wind screens. 4. Have signs on DO NOT DISTURB and MAKE UP ROOMS be placed in the room

Check in experience at the group hotel

Check in is taken at Citi Boutique Hotel. I arrived earlier than chech in time, and asked what time the apartment would be ready. However the receptionist was not informed of my reservation at all. The receptionist looks hard working but too busy to give me a call when the appointment becomes ready for move in.
