WINDCREST VILLA - Great view near Port of Spain

Windcrest is a charming 2-bedroom 1 bath apartment. My place is 5 min. from the city center. Close to parks (4.5 min. to Grand Savannah), art and culture, with wonderful views down the Cascade Valley to the sea...You’ll love my place because of the great location, the kitchen, the coziness, the views and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Very safe in an up-scale gated community. Minutes to entertainment district.

Glad you are coming to Trinidad. My luxurious apartment is in an up-scale gated community so it is very comfortable and very safe. It is 4.5 minutes from the Grand Savannah so ideal for convenience to everything.

It is a full side apartment on the side of my luxury home with a wonderful garden (40 tropical fruit trees). Large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bay window seat with a queen bed. Other bedroom is smaller and will have a bunk bed or single bed. Large living area with a sky-lighted raised ceiling, dining room with backlit stained glass and large kitchen with lots of counter space. All rooms air-conditioned.

High speed Internet access (300 MB per sec). You have access to a huge Perma-Culture garden with 40 fruit trees ( some rare tropical species), hundreds of exotic birds and butterflies, dozens of Hummingbirds, flowers and vegetables galore!! Also access to a full state-of -the-art office with color copiers etc.. Including full color 3D Printers that can make custom figurines depicting your stay in Trinidad!

Breakfast and meals could be arranged. We are very helpful and have a large office staff that could be of assistance. E.g. We do have regular office drivers that could take you directly from your home here to wherever you wish to go.

Nicest up-scale gated community in Port of Spain.

Great ride-sharing companies like TTRS and AllRidi are efficient and very cost effective. Also, regular street taxis and sometimes buses are available a few hundred feet away. We can drop you down to the Guardhouse where you can access these.

Architect designed with a high quality of finishes and features such as large bay window in Master. Large well appointed Kitchen, additional sink/dressing area out side of bathroom, backlit stained glass panels in Dining Room, vaulted ceiling in Living/Dining Room. Great views of the valley, and a peek of the sea.
24/7 security. Very large Front and Back porches with great views and lots of plants. Beautiful garden with 30 fruit trees and dozens of types of vegetables and herbs. Tiles throughout, 1 covered parking and one uncovered. Fully furnished,
