This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance you'll find Neighbors a mom and pop shop that has ice cream, snacks and some food options. A dog park, park for kids with splash pad, tennis courts, and basket ball court. A 15 minute drive to the beach, easy access to I95 whether you are heading to Daytona International Speedway 10-15 minutes away, New Smyrna Beach 15 minutes away , Orlando about an hour or Cape Canaveral for many different activities. With the pool, pool table, inside games, some yard games provided it allows for a relaxing but fun get away.

Small dogs okay, just verify with management prior to booking.
Additional cleaning fee of $50.00 will be added for stays with dogs.
