No room service is available. Instead of daily room service they only clean the rooms every two weeks. They do not provide more than four towels. Any additional towel provided is $10 extra per towel. The room has kitchenette. Pots and pans were not in the room when I arrived. However I did not ask for any trom the desk. Maybe they provide upon request but im sure it would cost an additional $10 per item just like the towels. The biggest issue i had was the shower temperature and pressure. Water is hardly warm and hardly any pressure at all. Hard to relax at the end of the day if the shower isnt that well.

Check-in had a system down as an entire team was checking in, took over 30 minutes. Found 2 roaches in my room. Room had an odor. Sucked towels had to be used sparingly, they charge $10 an extra towel.
