The service was exceptional. The environment and christmas decor was great! The staff were cool and curtious. The breakfast had plenty of selections and options. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ridge Manor

Breakfast consisted of pancakes ( make your own), coffee, & apples. No juices, or toast/ bagels or cereals. No hot oatmeal/ grits. No breakfast meats, no yogurts. Very bleak and very limited. Hallway to our room had a very strong smell of deodorizers. Room had the same smell, so strong that it affected my sinuses. Bed was very comfortable, only had 3 pillows on the bed, no extra pillows or blankets in room. The one room had the queen size bed, and space was extremely tight with the small desk, fridge & microwave. Fridge wasn’t very cold and there was no way to adjust the temp. Shower was good, with plenty hot water. Minimal Toiletries were available in the bathroom. Hotel interior was peaceful however the Road noise was extremely loud up in our room, but the location was very close to the interstate. Lobby & grounds were nicely manicured. Staff were pleasant and hospitable. Ample spaces for Parking single vehicles and an adjacent dirt area used for alternate parking for a semi or truck & trailer/ boat parking. Very convenient location next to I-75, restaurants, eateries, grocery, and fueling stations.

This property is affordable and convenient. It could be much better with a deep cleaning of the rooms and windows. I loved the window seat, but not looking through the dirty windows. Also, we had to switch rooms because our bed linens were soiled when we arrived.

First room the AC was EXTREMELY loud and I asked for maintenance to take a look. Instead they had me move to a second room. On the second room they couldn’t get the key cards programmed. After they came back and forth four times finally admitted there was an issue and I had to move to a third room. Although the third room was a courtesy upgrade due to prior issues…I was locked out of the room yet again early the next morning when the keys for that room stopped working. The staff was friendly but obviously have physical plant issues out of their control.

The property was comfortable. It had a weird smell throughout the lobby and halls that was a cross of hospital disinfectant to musty. Also, bathroom has no storage for toiletries and limited counter space. Not a good idea to put toilet paper under where you grab towels when wet.

The room and bathroom were clean and the room is newly remodelled. continental breakfast was very basic and the eating area was tiny. Staff was very helpful.
