FAQ:
- An optional pool heat amenity is available @ $15/night, applied over the entire length of stay. Note: if purchased, we will attempt to heat the pool to 90°F. However, the pool's ability to reach & maintain 90°F varies with outdoor weather conditions.
- Guest can heat hot tub up to a max of 104°F at no extra fee.
- Pool & spa maintained twice per week.
- Lawn & landscape managed once per week.
- 1 external security camera (facing out) toward driveway & entrance.
- 1-night stays are allowed with pre-approval, and are subject to a 40% rent fee.
- Early check-in or late checkout may be available (subject to cleaners schedule) for $30 flat fee. Please inquire with host.
