Stunning Contemporary Home in Beautiful "Floresta Pines" Port St Lucie!

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, this home was remodeled recently with many new and upgraded features. As you enter the home, the first thing you will notice (apart from the 24"x24" polished white ceramic tile that covers the entire home) is the Kitchen. The Kitchen was completely made over with granite countertops from Brazil, new appliances, LED lighting, motion activated under cabinet lights , beautiful accent pendant lighting over the breakfast bar. There are 4 dining areas (2 indoor and 2 outdoor).
The indoor Dining area features a high top pub table and chairs with a glass lazy Susan centerpiece underneath a lit counterrotating ceiling fan. Sitting at the pub table, you can easily see much of the Screened in Lanai area.
In the covered area of the Lanai is an outdoor dining table, sectional sofa with seating for 6, 2 additional stools (or are they foot rests?), a 32" Flat screen LED ROKU TV Streaming and a HOT TUB that seats 4-6 adults!

The property was good for our first time using a Vrbo property. I would suggest updating a few things as we couldn’t use all the amenities ie dishwasher and garbage disposal. The picnic table outside is not accessible it was broken and the grill is very old. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Stay away from this property worst experience ever.I’ve never been more upset or disappointed with a rental. The property was in terrible condition before we even arrived. The pool was broken, and during our stay, the owner, Mr. Martin, showed up to add more chemicals and admitted the water level was too low. He even interrupted our stay to check on the pool — proof that the issue was already known and unresolved before our arrival.The cleaning service never showed up. The blinds were broken and held together with tape. I have photos and messages from the owner confirming all of this.To make matters worse, despite all of these problems that clearly weren’t our fault, the owner had the audacity to file a claim against us. Completely unfair and irrational.Avoid this rental it’s not worth the hassle, stress, or disappointment.

Great place in Port Saint Lucie

This was a great house. Very clean and lots of room. Kitchen was well equipped and the pool was great. There were lots of fun things, small pool table, darts, TV's in every room, including outside. Property Manager was excellent and provided in person information for our stay. Definitely would come back to this one!

Business trip made into a vacation

My wife and I had to schedule an emergency business trip and bringing our three boys so we had to find something comfortable spacious with amenities to keep my children entertained in this house provided for everything. The Jacuzzi was comfortable for my wife and I to enjoy a movie and spacious enough for my three boys. The neighborhood is quiet and well lived in. I will definitely be booking again.

Paradise in PSL

Stunning home. Martin was available and accommodating. House was spotless. Plenty of towels and clean linens. Pool and outside area were awesome. And the hot tub was perfect. Great location - 15 minutes to Clover Park, 15 minutes to Irish festival. 20 minutes to beach. We would love to come back!!

Winter get away.

Overall, the house was clean. The property manager was very accomodating and met us at the house upon arrival and went over everything about the house/pool/hottub and etc. We had his personal cell number if anything came up. Our stay went without any problems.

The property is in a nice neighborhood. Nice size home. We booked late, which didn’t give the property manager much time to get the amenities in order. He did come out to the property to service the pool and hot tub for us; which was much appreciated. Great communication. The microwave stopped working before we arrived and he brought over a new one. House was clean with everything we needed.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in Port St. Lucie. The home owner and property manager made the check in process very easy and were quick to respond to our texts. The home provides most everything you need for a traveling family. You will need to provide you own hair dryer, shampoo and bath soap which can be picked up at the nearby Publix. Thank you for a great Florida vacation.

Great location and great house!

Highly recommend this property. Excellent facility in great location with lots to do at the house. Pool table, dart board, pool and hot tub. Used them all! Beds are comfortable and the owner was excellent and responsive to our needs.

Nice property

Visiting parents in the area. The pool, hot tub, toys drew us to this property but the pool was too cold to swim due to cooler weather. The hot tub was nice once we got to understand how it works. Didnt use any toys, but that was our choice, too tired. House was clean but could use a dusting, contact with Martin was efficient and he responded quickly. Would recommend getting new sheets or sheet extenders that hold the fitted sheets on the bed. Due to the mattress protector (which is good idea) the sheets kept coming off. Would recommend a pizza cutter and tongs, especially if there is a grill. Overall this place worked for us and would recommend it. We enjoyed our stay.
