Ideally located halfway between Nantes and Pornic (approximately 24 km), and 300 m as the crow flies from Planète Sauvage (the largest safari in France!), this former wine press has been renovated into a characterful house (owned by the owners) with a studio and a small gîte on site (both completely independent).
Private terrace and a large, enclosed, shared garden with beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
Private parking on the property.
Heated swimming pool (8x4m) shared with the owners and the other gîte.
Single-story studio with a small, beautifully appointed kitchen, a queen-size bed (160x200), shower room, and separate toilet.
