Our lovely holiday 2022

We really enjoyed our stay as an extended family of 8. The area is beautiful and the house is a great base from which to explore. We found the house very comfortable and particularly enjoyed the air con in August! The pool is beautiful and the outside area was very sociable. Michael is very friendly and helpful without being at all intrusive.

family holiday

We had a very nice time! Near a supermarket and a bakery, which is very comfortable! The house was lovely, we enjoyed staying there, certainly with the very nice swimming pool. Michael is very friendly and helpfull. He tries to contribute as much as he can to our comfort. Thank you Michael! I would recommend it to others!

An excellent place to stay !

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this vacation rental with friends. The location of the house is ideal, offering easy access to the main local attractions while being secluded enough to ensure peace and relaxation.The cleanliness of the house was impeccable from the moment we arrived, which immediately made us feel at ease. Every room was meticulously maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail.The owner was exceptional in his support and follow-up throughout our stay. He was always available to answer our questions and provide local recommendations, which greatly enriched our experience.The layout of the house is both practical and comfortable. The common areas are perfect for gathering and sharing convivial moments, particularly the presence of several sofas and seats in the living room which allow several groups of people to be accommodated for several activities simultaneously. The bedrooms offer a peaceful setting to rest after a busy day.In summary, this rental far exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay. We hope to return soon!

Die Unterkunft ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, Gläsern, Teller, Besteck, etc.Der Außenbereich ist phänomenal. Toller Pool (um den sich Michael regelmäßig kümmert) und Terasse sowie riesiger Garten.Wir hatten eine tolle Familien Woche in ruhiger Atmosphäre.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette charmante maison située en Dordogne et en gardons un excellent souvenir. La météo a été particulièrement favorable, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine, parfaitement propre et bien entretenue. La climatisation, discrète et efficace, a grandement contribué à notre confort durant les journées les plus chaudes. L’ensemble de la maison est agréable, fonctionnel et conforme à la description. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

La villa est juste parfaite pour 2 familles de 4 à 5 personnes. Michael est un propriétaire très gentil et attentif envers ses hôtes. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix

Nous avons été très déçu de notre séjour. Le propriétaire est une personne très sympathique et disponible mais beaucoup de choses nous ont malheureusement déçus. Pour résumer, voici les points positifs et négatifs de notre séjour. Points positifs : - Disponibilité du propriétaire ; - Piscine très bien entretenue et conforme aux photos malgré la fuite ; - Le jardin et la terrasse ; - La climatisation ; - Les villes à visiter autour du site. Points négatifs : - Ménage pas fait ; - Hygiène générale de la maison très mauvaise ; - Parfois des odeurs de fosse sceptique ; - Visite du propriétaire pendant notre absence dans la maison…. Nous avons écourté notre séjour car nous nous sentions pas bien dans la maison. Le propriétaire venait régulièrement pour nettoyer la piscine ce qui gênait ma femme. De plus, nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié que le propriétaire entre dans la maison pendant notre absence… Nous énumérons pas toutes les pièces et les choses qui ont été déplacées et observées mais cela nous a fortement déçu. Pour le prix dépensé, nous pensions passer un excellent séjour mais ça ne fut malheureusement pas le cas. Dommage car une fois de plus, le propriétaire est quelqu’un de très gentil et disponible.
