Newly constructed beachfront town-home, offering stunning views of the gulf. Beachfront Paradise is ideal for families seeking spacious accommodations, featuring a large outdoor deck perfect for entertaining and sunbathing.

The open concept design encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The dining room is equipped with a table that seats eight, complemented by a large island with six bar stools for additional seating.

The living room offers ample space with two sofa beds and an additional sofa, ensuring comfort for everyone. An 86-inch smart TV provides a theater-like experience for guests.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private deck, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful sunsets while sipping on a margarita from the mini bar conveniently located beside the master bedroom. The master bathroom boasts a soaking tub, custom shower stall, and his-and-her vanities.

Upstairs, additional bedrooms include one with full bunks and another with a queen bed, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
